JAMSETis back with a new EP, "Live and Jazzin it Up". The group consists of Kerry "Poppa Smurf" Jordan on Bass, Omar Kemet on Keyboard, Sheila Jordan on Percussions and Vocals and Warren Miller on Drums and Percussions. The project was produced by Kerry Jordan and recorded on the D'Mar Entertainment record label.
JAMSETis once again spreading their energy to the masses. Based in the Cincinnati area, several of the members are session and touring musicians who have played and opened for such acts as Roy Ayers, Ronnie Laws, Pieces of a Dream, Regina Belle, Phil Perry and most recently Pam "Saxtress" Williams. Presently the group is being marketed by D'Mar Entertainment, Inc. in the Midwest Region (Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Michigan) with plans to expand nationally.
JAMSET has completed its EP project entitled "live and Jazzin' it Up!", featuring guest recording artists Alphonso Thomas and Jay Reynolds on sax, along with D'Mar Entertainment's recording artist Ms. Jaz on lead vocals. This EP catches the raw essence of JAMSET with the live concert performance renditions of "West Chester Lady" and "Friends and Strangers". Also, enjoy the studio recording of the critically acclaimed song "Taxes (American Love Affair)".
