Recognized as one of Cincinnati’s most talented guitarist, Dave Ridenour has truly become one of the most sought after guitarist. Born in Mineral Wells, TX and raised in Ashland, KY, Dave has lived the past 14 years of his life in the Cincinnati area. His experience includes playing for such greats as Ray Charles, Joan Baez and Maynard Ferguson.
Whether it’s a Jazz Trio, Quartet, R&B Band, Party Band or Solo Act, he will always attract you with his amazing skill. In addition to his skills on the guitar, he has an awesome voice!
Dave has been a familiar face around D’Mar for several years now. He can be found performing with JAMSET, the back-up band for Ms. Jaz. “Me Too” Live, released by D’Mar July 2006 features Dave on Ms. Jaz’s covers of 8 songs, which include Nancy Wilson’s “Guess Who I Saw Today”, Route 66, Sade’s “Sweetest Taboo”, “Get Here”, “My Funny Valentine, “and “Girl From Ipenema” and Kerry “Smurf’ Jordan’s original and CD Title Song, “Me Too”.
